The course combines face-to-face and online trainer-led theory classes, with
demonstrations and frequent opportunities for practical application and internships.
Students’ practical work act as a permanent record, thus providing them with a portfolio
of work to use when applying for a position in the industry.
This course is designed for professionals, school leavers and mature-aged students
wishing to embark on their career in the film industry and an opportunity for
professionals to advance their craft.
This course covers the skills required to become a master screenwriter and is based
on the global film industry’s needs and competency standards.

The fees for 2012 for the Advanced Screenwriting Course are $9,946. We offer a
payment plan option for an additional $250 charge.
Part Time Course Information
The academy currently conducts part time and online courses in Script Analysis,
Genres, Script Editing, Character Development, Production Budgeting, Executive
Summary and Motion Picture Business Plan creation, Agent and Talent Management
Survival, and Film Development and Preproduction. The cost of the part time courses
range from $500 to $950.
Advanced courses have eligibility requirements and further information can be obtained
from the registrar.
These state-of-the-art courses are filled with the most detailed professional techniques
needed to write a truly great script.
If you are serious about being a top professional writer, director or actor, these courses
are a must.
Course Finance to the value of $10,000 per student is Available.
